The rules are simple, and are for our safety.
Let's have a fun, and safe, tour!

1. Face masks or coverings must be worn at all times, including while inside the vehicle. This is for both your safety and that of your driver, who is in contact with travelers on a regular basis. Masks and coverings must adhere to CDC guidelines.

2. No smoking in or near the tour vehicle. This includes "vaping" and similar activities.

3. No eating or drinking(except water) in the vehicle. This is to minimize spills, cleaning fees, and time spent without a mask on.

4. No pets allowed. Service animals are allowed, but please bring documentation.

5. Seat belts are required to be fastened for all passengers while the vehicle is motion.

6. Food containers cannot be left open in the vehicle, as they may spill during transit and will result in a cleaning fee.

7. No guests under 21 years of age. You will be asked to present ID, and service will be refused for noncompliance.

8. Unruly, violent, inappropriate, illegal, disruptive or dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

9. Should significant cleaning be necessary due to spills, bodily discharge, stains or similar events, the offending party will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

10. Guests who exhibit signs of significant intoxication will have their services subject to early termination. Man in the Van Wine Tours loves wine, beer and spirits, but also loves enjoying them responsibly!

11. Guests must adhere to all rules at each stop along the tour, including, but not limited to, restaurants, cafes, wineries, cideries, meaderies, breweries, distilleries, creameries and shops. Failure to respect the rules of these establishments will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

12. Guests who are not having a good time may be made to laugh and smile for the remainder of the tour. Particularly grumpy guests will be told a really bad joke.
