Here's a map and some recommended wineries from around Seneca Lake.
A Taste of
West Seneca Lacey Magruder Winery
This winery is like stopping at a relative's house for a glass of wine. It's a small husband and wife operation, but their wines bigger than the refurbished barn they've turned into a work of art. Billsboro Winery Another modest looking refurbished barn. Don't be fooled, though! This place has more ribbons, trophies and awards than you can shake a cork at. Reservations strongly encouraged. Red Tail Ridge This small, unassuming winery is host to some truly unique wines you won't find anywhere else, and their staff is knowledgeable and approachable. Reservations required. Fox Run Vineyards The grounds of Fox Run are lush and extravagant, and their wines cater to a wide crowd. There's something here for everyone! It sports a lovely cafe and a quaint gift shop. Villa Bellangelo (Now Missick Cellars) Home to the oldest vineyard in Yates County, the Villa is also home to one of the best views of Seneca Lake. Don't be surprised if your guide wanders off to enjoy the view while you look around Villa Belangelo! Seneca Shores This winery's personality matches the wine they serve: Playful, outgoing, and just enough avant-garde to keep things interesting. Reservations required. |
We've taken the liberty of listing a few wineries available for our tours. There are so many more fantastic wineries to visit, so we would be more than happy to work with you to create the perfect tour that has a splash of all your favorite wines. Please bear in mind that due to the distance between some wineries, it may not be possible to see all of your preferred wineries in one trip.
